Job Description
SIGN ON BONUS FULL CASELOAD IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE- We are looking for a dedicated pediatric Occupational Therapist to work either full or part-time with a wide variety of patients in the home health setting.

Qualifications
All Spark candidates should be able to pass a background screening reference check and provide proof of licensure and vaccinations including COVID-19. In addition all candidates must have a:
- Valid Colorado license
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver’s license
- Master’s or higher education in Occupational Therapy
Home health and pediatric experience preferred and being bilingual a plus but is not required.
