- Enabling and supporting the day to day operations of the Government of Ontarios Mainframe software support to maintain KTLO activities and project work relating to the planning installation maintenance upgrades of software products in support for post GDC Mainframe migration activities.
- This and nbsp;resource and nbsp;will and nbsp;also and nbsp;support and nbsp;the and nbsp;Software and nbsp;Optimization and nbsp;efforts and nbsp;under and nbsp;the and nbsp;Datacenter and nbsp;Transformation and nbsp;project.

Key and nbsp;Responsibilities:
- Provide and nbsp;Operational and nbsp;Support and nbsp;for and nbsp;sustaining and nbsp;the and nbsp;day and nbsp;to and nbsp;day and nbsp;operations and nbsp;of and nbsp;Mainframe and nbsp;Software and nbsp;and and nbsp;program and nbsp;products. and nbsp;
- Provide and nbsp;decommissioning and nbsp;support and nbsp;for and nbsp;Mainframe and nbsp;software and nbsp;and and nbsp;program and nbsp;products and nbsp;
- Daily operational changes Incident/problem management. Provide on call/standby support when required. Closure of tickets in a timely manner Keeping clients/management up to date on ticket status. Must adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics device maintenance.
