This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week flexible schedule
- Potential to expand to full-time (35 hours)
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Dover DE time

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the management of supplier data and reporting in a full-time remote role. You ll be responsible for maintaining and updating accurate data records from suppliers using Odoo ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is analytical organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth-focused environment. Prior experience with Odoo is a strong plus but training is available.
Responsibilities
- Enter validate and manage supplier-related data in Odoo
- Generate accurate reports on product availability pricing and delivery timelines
- Collaborate closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure up-to-date supplier records
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing data
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams for updates or discrepancies
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for business decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and reporting preferably in a product-based business
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo is a strong advantage (training provided if needed)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage large volumes of data consistently and efficiently
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
