The Opportunity
This is more than a sales job. It s a chance to build your own book of business in a growing company that rewards initiative perseverance and relationship-building. Whether you re an experienced salesperson or new to the crating and packaging industry we ll equip you with the training mentorship and tools to succeed.
What Youll Do
- Develop and grow customer relationships through in-person visits and thoughtful follow-ups
- Prospect and close new business opportunities across manufacturing logistics medical aviation and other industries
- Understand DFW s service capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to develop leads reengage past clients and strengthen market presence
- Manage accounts with attention to profitability customer satisfaction and long-term success
- Provide insight and data to improve sales processes and decision-making
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Proven success in sales customer service or business development (2 years)
- Eagerness to learn the packaging and crating industry no experience required just hustle and curiosity
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Organized detail-oriented and data-driven
- Comfortable presenting to both small teams and large groups
- Willingness to travel locally; reliable vehicle required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
