Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Assembly professional who enjoys the assembly of power electronics satellite testing equipment fabrication of PCBs power supply cables and wire harnesses for our aerospace EV and medical industry customers.
Responsibilities:
- Electrical assembly of various aerospace legacy components power drawers ground testing equipment PCB cables bundles route wires multi-pin connectors and Harness designs to specification and blueprints.
- Support in inspection and testing of assembled products for quality and functionality. Troubleshooting assembly.
- Routing of power supply connector and components to housing.
- Assembly of circular or rectangle connectors and work with 145 pins.
- Interpret blueprints in the cables and harnesses assembly; end connector install continuity pin testing twisted shielded wires heat shrink.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
- Assembly of PCB board; soldering IC micro soldering resistors diodes transistors and capacitors.
- Other job responsibilities per project requirements.
Qualifications :
- 6 years of Experience as a lead in Electrical Assembly required.
- 8 experience with Electrical assembly PCB cabling wire harness and routing wire experience required.
- 6 years of working in any Aerospace EV or Medical industry preferred.
- Proven success in a multidisciplinary product design environment preferred.
- IPC Standards J standard experience required certification is preferred.
