We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler for a night shift position with a leading manufacturer in Catoosa OK. The Assembler will play a crucial role in the final assembly of industrial coolers ensuring all products are customer-ready and meet quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform hand assembly of cooler components
- Use hand and power tools to assemble both individual components and final products
- Study blueprints work orders or schematics to carry out assembly tasks
- Test and disassemble assemblies in preparation for shipment
- Operate manlifts and cranes safely
- Complete other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
- Comfortable working in tight or enclosed areas and at heights up to 6 feet
- Ability to climb stoop kneel and crouch
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Commitment to safetyboth personal and team-based
- Ability to maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
- Identify and address defective items appropriately
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
- Follow all JSA work instructions and wear proper PPE
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality final products
