Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Montgomery AL. This position is essential to maintaining accurate inventory and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented physically capable and a strong team player.
Responsibilities
Receive unpack and organize incoming shipments
Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Assist with loading/unloading trucks and container management
Report any equipment malfunctions or shortages to supervisors
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an asset but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
Forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided)
