Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client relationships ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Understand client goals and develop tailored service plans
Track project timelines deliverables and budgets
Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients
Identify opportunities for account growth and client success
Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in client service account management or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
