We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building lasting client relationships managing accounts effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients supporting their needs and aligning our services to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism
Track client satisfaction and implement improvement plans where necessary
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure service quality and consistency
Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in the development of account strategies
Generate reports and provide insights to improve client experiences
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
13 years of experience in account management client services or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Professional demeanor and customer-centric mindset
