Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Assist customers in navigating our products and services
Document client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department

Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction
Support internal teams with feedback and client insight to enhance service quality

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an asset
