We are seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Kansas City MO. As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism empathy and efficiency. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Record customer interactions and update account information in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer informed solutions
Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance
Meet or exceed daily performance targets and quality standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
