Job Description
Responsible for organizing staffing and monitoring banquet functions and handling personnel-related matters Coordinate and oversee physical set-up requirements and execution. Requisition and maintain control over inventories of China glassware silverware equipment and uniforms.
Work with the Banquet and/or Catering Manger to manage organize and monitor banquet events.
Coordinate and oversee physical setup requirements and execution.
Requisition and maintain control over inventories of china glassware silverware equipment and uniforms.
Interact and coordinate details with other departments.
Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring scheduling training coaching evaluating promoting counseling and discharging.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift.
Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Must be able to lift 50-200 lbs.
Must be able to read and understand Banquet event order set-ups.
Additional Information :
Compensation pay range - $18.50 - $22.20 an hour
