Job Description
- You collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within client organisations to assist them with their payroll strategy and technology.
- You work with technology providers (including SAP AFAS Workday and Oracle) to design and build the best and most efficient processes and solutions.
- You implement (SAP) solutions for clients including integrations with other technologies.
- You independently manage (sub)projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and according to specifications.
- You actively focus on opportunities for innovation and enhancing the user experience related to HR operations and payroll.
- You contribute to publications by co-authoring papers and points of view thereby supporting business development and enhancing Deloittes reputation in the areas of HR operations and payroll as well as timekeeping and planning processes.
This role is part of the broader HRT practice within Deloittes Human Capital Consulting which will also expose you to other technologies such as Workday Oracle HCM ServiceNow Infor UKG and various others. perspective on the world and personality. Furthermore as a Senior Consultant HR Technology you possess:
A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree.
Strong knowledge in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
A strong track record of implementing HR systems and data.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
Additional Information :
As an HR Technology Senior Consultant you assist organisations in building a future-proof HR solution. This can vary from locally operating organisations to large multinationals with an international systems landscape. You will be part of various types of projects:
- Implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP S/4HANA where the SAP payroll application needs to be configured or updated.
- Implementation projects where SAP SuccessFactors must be integrated with another payroll application such as AFAS Visma/RAET as well as outsourced payroll applications from providers like ADP Strada and SDWorx.
- Implementing and integrating HCM solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM) and integrating them with various local and/or international ERP time and payroll solutions.
- Advisory projects to determine the best model for the organisation (insourcing partial outsourcing full outsourcing).
- Advising clients on setting up their processes and systems regarding HR Operations and Payroll which may also include advising/supporting the selection of new applications.
