- Successful candidate is responsible to providing efficient O2C finance operation support including handling O2C finance related inquiries from customers via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Able to communicate proficient in Thai language (including speak read and written) with customer in the calls as a main requirement in this role. Approximately at least 3-4 inbound calls in a hour daily in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience in a customer service or front desk role are encouraged to apply preferably with finance support experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customer from a diverse group of backgrounds.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills will be a plus point.
- Require to have basic knowledge on O2C processes such as billing & invoicing and payment & receipting. Training will be provided to equip O2C knowledge to support customer inquiries.
- Collaborating with O2C Collection team and sales team to support O2C Collection activities where needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Credit Management or Finance highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication in English. Thai language capability highly desirable
- Proven track record to effectively resolve customer issues while remaining cool calm and collected under pressure
- Demonstrated capability to achieve critical metrics set by the organization
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
Other Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Working experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials desirable
- Previous experience working collaboratively within Finance teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives with an eye for efficiency and streamlining processes
- Previous exposure with the laws governing debt collection practices
