The Pricing and Cost Analyst is responsible for managing product pricing cost analysis and financial reporting to ensure accuracy of financial data. This role involves preparing and reviewing pricing information maintaining cost structures and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills attention to detail and experience in financial processes related to pricing and cost management.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage contract pricing based on the price rules between Lionsgate and Retailers.
Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reliability reports to support financial accuracy.
Revise and send Product Information Sheet (PIS documents) to maintain up-to-date pricing records.
Update and manage the new release price list ensuring correct data entry based on contract pricing and components.
Calculate and validate customer pricing for new release ensuring consistency.
Assign price rules based on company policies.
Process cost adjustments including discounts and price changes.
Prepare quotations for new products ensuring correct cost structures.
Ensure price in distribution orders aligns quantity ordered against delivered maintaining system accuracy.
Review audit letters to ensure that the listed pricing accurately aligns with the associated components and process steps.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in the LGE Price Discrepancy Log (EDI 855).
Assist in the analysis and development of corrective actions providing input for process improvement.
Provide support and back up to other team members
Assist with training for new team members as needed
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree
Advanced English (Mandatory)
Knowledge of SAP
Good level of Microsoft Office Products.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
