We are looking to hire a talented and strategic Employer Branding Manager who will work closely with Talent Acquisition Marketing Wellbeing and Engagement teams to shape and execute employer branding strategies that resonate with both current and potential employees.
In this role you will drive initiatives that highlight our company culture values and opportunities with a strong focus on both internal and external communication and social media presence.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy
- Implement and analyze branding metrics and report insights to management
- Drive initiatives to attract top talent via social media various events and activities
- Ensure alignment between employer branding and overall corporate branding
- Collaborate with marketing on consistent internal and external communications
- Develop and execute an annual social media content plan
- Develop and manage content marketing campaigns and branding events
- Actively participate in industry events to raise employer visibility
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on job descriptions and attraction strategies
- Work closely with Wellbeing and Engagement team on employee experience programs
- Communicate the companys values culture and unique offerings clearly to internal and external audiences
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of employer branding communication channels social media and talent attraction
- Skilled in social media administration and creating attractive and professional content
- Up to date with industry trends and tools for employer positioning
- Proven experience in internal and external communication
- Ability to analyze data prepare reports and present insights to management
- Experience with organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Fluency in spoken and written English Latvian. Our company operates in an international environment so knowledge of the English language is essential for effective cooperation with colleagues and successful performance of work tasks.
