Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements create job descriptions and align on hiring priorities.
Leverage diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn job boards networking events employee referrals and technical communities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.
Partner with hiring managers to provide regular updates share market insights and set realistic hiring expectations.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Axiado as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
HR Operations Support - Assist in daily HR functions and provide hands-on support for HR-related topics such as leaves compensation benefits and policies to ensure smooth processes.
Employee Records Management - Compile update and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
HR Policies and Procedures - Assist in developing communicating and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure consistency across the company.
Payroll Support - Assist in payroll processing and work with finance to ensure accuracy.
Compliance and Legal Support - Ensure adherence to labor laws regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in a high-growth or tech-focused environment.
Proven track record of successfully hiring software engineers data scientists product managers and other technical roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
HR Systems and Technology Proficiency: Expertise in HR software including HRIS payroll and performance management tools.
Attention to Detail: Managing sensitive data legal compliance and employee benefits with precision.
Compliance and Legal Knowledge: Ensuring adherence to labor laws tax regulations and company policies for legal compliance.
Communication and Problem-Solving: Effective communication skills for resolving employee concerns and clarifying HR policies.
