Working Student - Finance operations(Global Food Services)

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Working Student to be joining our Global food services tribe on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the Global Food Services Team youll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value support profitability and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives allocate resources and execute strategies that keep us ahead.

We are seeking a Working student to support the creation of a formal structured global policy document for real estate site selection sourcing and construction approvals related to DHs cloud kitchens. This project will help ensure procedural consistency across international markets and align our operations with local regulations corporate governance and compliance frameworks.

• You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive standardized policy and procedural document governing real estate site selection vendor sourcing and construction approvals.

• Define and formalize key procedural elements such as segregation of duties across departments and stakeholders conflict of interest assessments the minimum number of vendor quotations minimum criteria for site selection and financial viability analysisincluding IRR thresholds and CAPEX justification.

• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate Legal Procurement Finance/Accounting and Operations across multiple countries.

• Research and integrate relevant real estate regulatory requirements and best practices from different regions to ensure global alignment while allowing for regional and local compliance flexibility.

Qualifications :

• Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business Administration Real Estate Finance Law or a related field
   

• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
   

• Familiarity with policy writing or business documentation preferred
   

• Ability to collaborate with cross-border and cross-functional teams
   

• High attention to detail and an interest in corporate governance compliance or operations
