As our dynamic Venue Manager youll inspire and empower your team to create pub experiences locals love. Were looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial people leader who knows how to put the YOU in Venue. With our extensive network of venues this role unlocks unlimited career opportunities.
A day in the life of a Venue Manager:
- Act as a role model and a visionary creating passion and excitement around the guest experience team development and business initiatives
- Utilise your commercial acumen and strong strategic planning skills to drive the success of your team and Venue
- Empower and equip your team with the knowledge and tools that are required to achieve our high standards across all areas of the venue
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun passion and authenticity to enable your team and guests to come as they are!
Qualifications :
About you:
- You know that passion planning and problem solving skills are non-negotiables when it comes to nailing the guest experience
- You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience in a multi-faceted venue and love a fast-paced environment
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- Youll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
