Job Description
FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Electricians with varied experience for a permanent local job in Carseland AB starting July 7 2025. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule 10-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked. Retention incentive paid after 1 year of service.
This position is located in Carseland AB 35 km east of Calgary. This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Employee hourly rate for this position ranges from $44-$45/hr.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial or plant setting.
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020 required
- Fall Protection required
- Aerial Work Platform (nice to have)
- Confined Space (nice to have)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information :
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
