Job Description
- Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information and assistance.
- Perform outbound calls to conduct surveys and fulfill other tasks requested.
- Address concerns and challenges that callers face while ensuring a prompt escalation in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions inquiries and resolutions in the system.
- Respond effectively to emergencies offering immediate support to callers during crises.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on program information.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Arabic with basic English knowledge.
- Previous Call Center experience is a plus.
