Barback - BFI Riverfront

Hourly Rate 12.21 Service charge

At the Riverfront in the BFI Southbank we are looking for a barback to assist the bartenders with various tasks to ensure a well-functioning bar environment. This includes stocking supplies cleaning the bar area preparing garnishes and maintaining inventory. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be key to supporting the bartending team during busy hours.

Some of your duties will be:

• Refill ice bins and keep ice machines clean.
• Stock the bar with necessary supplies such as glassware liquor bottles mixers garnishes and other bar items.
• Organize and maintain storage areas.
• Clean and sanitize bar surfaces tools and equipment.
• Collect and wash used glassware and utensils.
• Dispose of trash and keep the bar area tidy including cleaning up messes and empty glasses.
• Ensure the bar is well-maintained during and after service hours.
• Maintain the floor clean at all times.
