Job Description

Maintenance Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for the overall asset (including but not limited to Spare parts fluids tools and consumables etc. Inventory management system for the site. This position is also responsible for managing day-to-day storeroom operations maintaining parts data accuracy etc. 

Specific Responsibilities:

Responsible for setup automation and optimization of reports utilized for trending and operational measures and publish maintenance spare parts KPI metrics to the management team; interpret data and recommend findings.

  • Assists with project planning and coordination.
  • Develops and recommends policies and procedures for best practices with use of inventory management.
  • Works with team on continuous improvement initiatives specific to inventory asset and labor management.
  • Communicates with outside contractor on status of work.

Qualifications :

  • Education Required: High School Diploma
  • Experience Required: Manufacturing experience preferred experience in spare parts management.
  • Professional License or Certificate Requirements: Forklift Certified
  • Specific skills knowledge and abilities required: Knowledge in inventory management SAP and 5s
