Job Description
We are urgently seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team at Endava. In this role you will be responsible for managing the processing of invoices payments and expenses as well as providing support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage invoices within the system for the Endava Group.
- Create payment proposals and process transactions efficiently.
- Calculate per diems audit and process Cash Advances and Expenses.
- Provide support to internal business teams regarding the Expense process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding Accounts Payable invoices and expenses.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts.
Qualifications :
- Finance-related studies preferred.
- Up to 2 years of finance experience preferred or someone who has studied Finance.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
