Are you an innovative expert with a passion for omnichannel marketing We are now seeking an Omnichannel Manager to join our dynamic Customer Excellence team in Helsinki Finland.
In your role you will play a pivotal role in transforming engagement strategies with healthcare professionals by leveraging cutting-edge customer-centric strategies. You will collaborate with our brand teams to deliver impactful customer experience utilizing data-driven insights and developing innovative channel strategies.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute omnichannel strategies to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Analyze customer data to identify optimal channel strategies and craft comprehensive customer journeys.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in omnichannel marketing within and beyond the pharmaceutical industry.
- Provide thought leadership in omnichannel marketing and contribute to our digital governance model.
- Establish new channel capabilities and optimize existing marketing solutions such as websites CLM email marketing and remote detailing.
- Integrate omnichannel marketing into brand plans focusing on customer experience and content strategies.
- Train and guide brand teams to achieve a tailored channel mix for healthcare professionals.
- Develop KPIs to assess capabilities and measure ROI of initiatives.
- Act as a project manager for affiliate-level omnichannel marketing solutions.
- Manage preferred vendors and ensure compliance with all digital processes and SOPs.
Qualifications :
We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about making possibilities real who has strong interpersonal skills and an ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
To succeed in this role we expect you to have:
- Masters degree in marketing business analytics or relevant field; MBA with a focus on marketing is a plus.
- Extensive experience in digital and omnichannel marketing preferably in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with insights into marketing and branding.
- Proficient in English and Finnish both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
