Job Description
Linkage Web Solutions is looking for talented outbound callers that can transform cold leads into warm opportunities - discover the art of the Outbound Appointment Setter Earn BIG in commissions and unlock your sales potential.
You will be in charge of generating our companys appointments and closing deals
Skills Required
Provenexperience as a telemarketeror similar sales/customer service role
Proven track recordof successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
Excellentverbal & written English
Skilled in negotiation
Persistentand results-oriented
Patientand able to handle customer rejection
Daily Workload
Cold call peopleusing our CRM to sell our products and services
Answer incoming calls andconduct client meetings via Zoom.
Use scripts toprovide information about products features prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions tounderstand the customers requirements.
Persuade the customer to buy bydemonstrating how our merchandise or services meet their needs
Recordthe customers personalinformation accuratelyin a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Update our company recordswhen you make or receive a phone call with the call details.
