Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product information order placement and account management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction resolution time and chat volume.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in a live chat environment.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work Specify Hours/Days/Shifts.
- Typing speed of at least Specify WPM words per minute.
