Job Description

Job Title: German-Speaking Client Account Manager (On-site)

Location: Barcelona Spain
Industry: Technology & Digital Advertising

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven German-speaking Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role you will collaborate with German businesses and agency partners creating tailored digital marketing strategies. You will help grow the client base across the EMEA region while playing a pivotal role in shaping innovative experiences in the online marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies offering personalized strategies that enhance performance.
  • Provide expert consultancy to help clients maximize their return on advertising investments with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Engage proactively with clients through phone video calls and email to drive engagement and results.
  • Promote and sell additional digital marketing services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize advertising campaigns and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level or above).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales online advertising or a similar role (prior experience is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Google Ads AdSense or YouTube.
  • Excellent communication time management and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive adaptable team player who excels in fast-paced settings.
  • Results-driven customer-focused and passionate about digital marketing technology and advertising.
  • Motivated to continuously learn grow and stay ahead of industry trends.
