Yde kundesupport til danske kunder via telefon chat og e-mail
Hjlpe med ikke-tekniske problemer og finde lsninger
Samarbejde med teamet for at sikre kundetilfredshed

Solutions Consultant Danish & English Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria (with relocation support)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (onsite)
Working hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:0021:00
Saturday: 09:0021:00
Sunday: 11:0019:00
Salary: BGN 3500/month monthly performance bonus
Your Role:
Support Danish-speaking customers via phone chat and email
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care
Collaborate with the team to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
Fluent in Danish and English
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
