Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive sales management. The ideal candidate will bring leadership strategic thinking and a passion for excellence in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management is required
- General Motors (GM) brand experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in automotive finance and F&I processes is a plus
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software
