Job Description
The Slab Outdoor Pub in Estes Park CO is hoping to reopen June 13th 2025! looking for bartenders to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 116 E. Elkhorn Ave Estes Park CO. Our ideal candidate is a friendly able to take orders ambitious and hard-working. We also need a Seasonal Bar Assistant Manager- day time avail from 11am-6pm .
Responsibilities
- We have 90 kinds of Beer Wine and closed container alcoholic beverages. No mixed drinks
- Must be at least 18 years old. Need 2 people that are over the age of 21.
- Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and beverages.
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Explain and present bar menu and beer types and taste.
- Take orders on a computer tablet style machine.
- Take food orders as well as needed.
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience and customer service
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Buss Tables and be willing to talk with guests give suggestions for activities.
Qualifications
- 18 years old minimum. 21 is preferred
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to keep the pub organized stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate- we can provide tips training.
- Be able to lift 40lbs.
- Be able to walk reach pull bend carry and move swiftly.
- able to work outdoors.

Under 18 we have positions available as a food runners as well 14yrs old is ok for this position. Put your sneakers on and get ready to move food from the restaurants in town to the Slab Outdoor pub.
