The Washington County District Attorneys Office is currently seeking a Management Analyst II to join the team!
The Management Analyst II is a key member of the District Attorneys Administrative Team. The incumbent will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system and legal procedures as applied in a prosecutors office. The successful candidate will participate in the review of operations and development of procedures as they relate to staff functions supporting the prosecution of criminal cases. This position also serves as the liaison between the DAs Office and other county departments and performs a variety of administrative responsibilities. In addition the Management Analyst II position is assigned personnel management and position control duties and supervises specified support staff.
The ideal candidate is highly organized has strong interpersonal and communication skills has education and experience in administration and supervision and is familiar with the criminal justice system. The successful candidate will also be a self-starter able to work independently with general direction and will have effective time management skills as well as work with a high level of attention to detail. Additionally they will exercise judgment in responding to and resolving complex issues.
