We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Control Algorithms Engineer to design develop and implement advanced control strategies for dynamic systems. This remote role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to model system behavior simulate control logic and deploy robust algorithms for real-world applications such as robotics automotive systems or industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize control algorithms for complex systems (e.g. motion temperature power or autonomous behavior)
Create and refine system models using tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or Python
Simulate and validate control strategies through HIL/SIL testing environments
Work with embedded software teams to ensure accurate implementation
Analyze system performance and iterate on control parameters to meet performance and safety requirements
Document algorithm design testing results and deployment procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical Aerospace or Control Systems Engineering
Strong experience in control theory signal processing and dynamic system modeling
Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink Python or C/C
Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time implementation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with automotive robotics or aerospace systems is a plus.
