Born from the hustle of the fight world and pulsing with the energy of a nightclub Rumble delivers a one-of-a-kind high-intensity group workout experience thats equal parts boxing strength training and community. Were now looking for a Sales Associate who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to bring people together one handshake smile and killer class recommendation at a time.
Who You Are
Youre an early riser who loves being part of a team that starts the day strong. Youre outgoing reliable and naturally enthusiastic. You believe that sales isnt just about numbers its about creating moments building trust and helping people feel like champions before they even step into the ring.
What Youll Do
- Drive studio sales by converting first-time guests into loyal members
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from first impression to farewell
- Support front desk operations including check-ins product sales and studio upkeep
- Educate clients on memberships packages and retail products with confidence and authenticity
- Collaborate with instructors and the studio team to maintain a clean safe and electric environment
- Live the brand embody Rumbles energy values and commitment to fitness and fun
What Were Looking For
- Availability for early morning shifts (5:30 AM 11:30 AM on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays)
- Prior experience in sales hospitality or fitness preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with face-to-face and phone-based sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Passion for fitness wellness and helping others reach their goals
