Certified Personal Trainer Body Fit Training
Location: West Hollywood CA
Compensation: $40 Per Class

Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our West Hollywood team. As a BFT Trainer you will lead dynamic 50-minute group training sessions inspire members to push their limits and play a key role in creating a motivating and inclusive fitness community.
Key Responsibilities

Lead safe high-energy group training sessions with confidence and enthusiasm

Deliver expert coaching on proper form technique and injury prevention

Foster a positive encouraging atmosphere that aligns with the BFT brand

Modify exercises to accommodate all fitness levels and individual needs

Assist with member onboarding goal-setting and progress tracking

Maintain a clean organized studio space and uphold health and safety standards

Engage with members before and after class to build lasting relationships
Qualifications

Current Personal Training Certification (NASM ACE ACSM NSCA or equivalent)

CPR/AED certification (required)

Prior group training experience strongly preferred

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate individuals and manage group energy effectively

Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
