We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in our real estate database
- Verify and correct data entries as needed
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
