Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Houston Texas. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product line. This is a full-time permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with the companys overall goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering sales and marketing to develop new products and enhance existing ones
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch including defining product specifications pricing and positioning
- Monitor and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and functionality
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective product marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers distributors and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify new product opportunities and potential partnerships
- Manage product budgets and ensure timely delivery of products within budget constraints
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and benefits
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our products remain competitive in the market
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products and managing product lifecycles
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to travel as needed
