Car Concierge

As a Car Concierge youll provide exceptional customer service and assist location management with the daily operations of the premium facility. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle intake and maintenance preparing cars for member use maintaining cleanliness and organization and supporting leasing client onboarding and events to ensure a high-end welcoming experience for all clients.

What youll do

• Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
• Collaborate with senior management to lease garage spaces and support new client onboarding
• Manage client vehicle intake including inspection documentation and secure parking
• Actively maintain and update key boxes ensuring all vehicles are properly accounted for
• Prepare vehicles for pickup including warm-ups fluid checks tire inspections and mileage documentation
• Perform light vehicle maintenance and assist with service coordination including transport and vendor communication
• Organize and execute the monthly vehicle start-up program
• Create and maintain a monthly wash and detailing schedule
• Perform detailing services and car washes as needed
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to check vehicle condition security and cleanliness
• Ensure the clubhouse and all member areas are clean presentable and stocked
• Assist in executing member events and maintaining a welcoming high-end environment

This might describe you

• Passion and enthusiasm for cars automotive culture customer service operational excellence and a team-oriented mindset
• Must possess a Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Must be available to travel for events and work some nights and most weekends
• Must be able to perform physical tasks (i.e. lifting up to 50 lbs. standing and walking for long periods of time)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process-driven workflows
• Ability to move and operate a variety of high-end vehicles with care and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a dynamic service-focused environment
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Office products: Word Excel and PowerPoint

Over and above

• Experience in sales luxury automotive hospitality or valet/porter positions
• Detailing or light mechanical experience

Other things to note

• This role is an onsite position no remote work
• Familiarity with public company requirements including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations if applicable. For SOX compliant roles responsible for designing executing and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting processes and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness accuracy and compliance of all financial reporting data where applicable.
