Job Description
Wage: $10 hourly
The NOC Technician Intern will acquire skills in monitoring troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting both business and residential customers. They will learn to employ investigative and troubleshooting techniques to identify isolate and resolve routine to very complex system and network issues.
As a NOC intern individuals will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in monitoring and managing network infrastructure. They will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to troubleshoot and resolve network issues while learning about the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Ideal candidates will proactively engage in ongoing learning of technical IT concepts. They may consider pursuing additional courses related to IT and demonstrate a keen interest in acquiring the knowledge and understanding necessary for a successful career in IT.
