Starting Pay Range: $33.011-$49.518/per hour Plus an additional $3.00/hour facility differential pay for hours worked. The pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints if approved.

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Certified Master Social Worker Supervisor to join the team at the Norfolk Regional Center (NRC) a secure inpatient psychiatric facility providing treatment and rehabilitation to individuals with mental illness and histories of sexual offenses.

Why Youll Love This Role:
As a Certified Master Social Worker Supervisor you will provide clinical leadership and direction for the Social Work Department. Youll guide professional social workers and support staff while also carrying out advanced clinical responsibilities including assessments treatment planning and direct patient care.
Job Duties:
- Lead supervise and support a team of social workers and support personnel
- Conduct advanced psychosocial evaluations and provide individual group and family therapy
- Ensure high-quality clinical documentation treatment plans and discharge coordination
- Oversee quality assurance for social work services and provide clinical training to staff
- Serve on interdisciplinary treatment teams and contribute to patient-centered planning
- Collaborate with courts Mental Health Boards and community partners
- Provide guidance for complex and sensitive cases and mentor practicum students
- Participate in program development staff education and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work and three years Master Social Worker experience including supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:LICSW and experience with sex offender population are preferred.
Legal Requirements: Certification as a Master Social Worker (CMSW) and Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. 38-2128
