KCR Solutions are delighted to be working exclusively to recruit and Income and Reconciliations Assistant for dynamic and growing business near Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for details and looking to progress quickly within the role.
Main duties will include:
Processing commission statements
Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining all the necessary spreadsheets
Liaising with the offices to obtain statements
Logging into partner portals to download statements
Contacting providers via email/chat to obtain statements
Typing up statements from postal reports to upload
Contacting partners to resolve queries via telephone and Email
Review unallocated daily and ensuring these are being actioned liaising with transactional manager if any issues arise.
Reviewing data for inconsistencies
Complete month end reporting and analysis for the Group Transactional Manager
Carrying out any other ad hoc duties or projects as required
