RECREATION SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER FULL TIME starting end of July 2025

Demonstrated experience working with administrative systems and managing data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office-based IT tools

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
Work in line with relevant Acts and frameworks i.e. Disability Act 2007 NDIS Quality Standards child safe standard

Accurate and timely distribution of program information to families staff and volunteers
Well-maintained systems and documentation that support program success.
Effective use of IT and software systems to streamline administrative tasks.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

In addition to the safety screening the successful applicant will be required to provide proof of currency for: first aid certification Provide First Aid HLTAID012 or HLTAID004
