Job Description
Data and Analytics (D&A) Manager
The Data and Analytics (D&A) Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing utilization of AI Revenue Management YieldStar and Performance Analytics across our portfolio. This role partners closely with operations teams to ensure tools are being used effectively to drive performance support leasing strategy and deliver strong results.
The D&A Manager will share best practices insights and recommendations that align with property goalsensuring teams are equipped to make informed decisions and maximize value. This person plays a hands-on role in supporting site teams and regional leadership providing practical guidance and troubleshooting where needed. They will manage project plans document scope and timelines and ensure a smooth rollout and adoption process.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in revenue management strong operational knowledge and the ability to connect data to day-to-day execution. This role requires collaboration follow-through and the ability to adapt strategies to the unique needs of each asset.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead deployment and optimization of AI Revenue Management YieldStar and Performance Analytics.
- Help ensure our site teams and leadership are getting the most value from these tools aligned with Kairois standards and expectations.
- Create and manage project plans for system rollouts and key initiatives including timelines team responsibilities and success metrics.
- Ensure technical and operational implementation meets the needs of each asset.
- Connect operational objectives with the capabilities of each system offering practical real-world solutions.
- Train site-level and regional team members to support successful execution of our revenue management and reporting strategies.
- Support change management efforts across teams to drive adoption and confidence.
- Identify risks or blockers to system success and develop strategies to address them.
- Field and resolve modeling or configuration-related questions from on-site and support teams.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advocate for operational teams offering guidance grounded in both analytics and experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to support overall performance goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of experience in multifamily property management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using RealPage Revenue Management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Deep understanding of operations and the drivers of revenue performance.
- Ability to step into a struggling or underperforming situation and course correct.
- Expertise in RealPage Revenue Management and related tools: AI Revenue Management YieldStar OneSite Leasing and Rents Performance Analytics and Amenity Optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and facilitating training sessions.
