The Role
This temporary position will require 25-30 hours a week and is responsible for assisting with the expense reporting process including review of expense reports and ensuring that expenses comply with the Norwest Expense Policy. We are looking for an individual who is detailed orientated and does not mind repetitive tasks.
The ideal candidate will work out of our Menlo Park CA office.
Responsibilities include:
This role often involves interacting with employees to address questions provide training on expense policies and identify areas for process improvement. Basic Excel experience required. Experience using Expensify would be a real plus for this position.
