About the Role
Were looking for a creative and purpose-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Lotteries team. If you love crafting engaging campaigns and driving customer growth this could be your next move.
Youll lead multi-channel retention strategies email SMS and direct mail using data to guide and improve your approach. This is a commercially-minded role where performance matters but so does purpose. Were all about being commercial for a cause.

What Youll Do
- Design and optimise campaigns to keep customers engaged loyal and growing and to boost revenue and ROI.
- Test learn and experiment across channels including email and SMS
- Work closely with the Lotteries team to understand customer behaviour and what drives results
- Plan and deliver a below-the-line marketing calendar that supports lifecycle and loyalty strategies
- Own campaign delivery from strategy through to reporting working with key stakeholders along the way
- Track results and use insights to tweak and improve your approach
- Roll out offers and promotions that support retention goals
- Tools youll be using regularly include Braze Stripo Amplitude Asana Microsoft Office (incl. Power BI)
What Youll Bring
- 5 years in marketing with 3 in customer lifecycle/growth
- Degree in Marketing Digital or similar
- Detail-oriented analytical and commercially minded
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Proven success with data-led strategies and ROI delivery
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and segmentation
- Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
