Do you have excellent Customer Service administration and time management skills then we have a great opportunity for you NLC is looking for a dedicated Customer Service officer to join our Regional Development team in our Katherine Office.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the Northern Land Council Katherine office and be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the team in order to effectively and efficiently service the needs of the branch and the NLC. You will work within a highly supportive and collaborative team that works and advocates for our Traditional Owners Council Members and Constituents in the Katherine region.

You will be punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic. Your positive attitude and interpersonal skills will complement your ability to manage tasks and engage with various stakeholders across the organisation. Your commitment to excellence will be beneficial for your career at the NLC in the long term.
In addition to this you will have: -
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in an administration/business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a front desk or office environment.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with technology including Microsoft 365 Outlook etc.
- C Class drivers licence.

- A base salary of $62060 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15900 meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2650 per year.
- Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
- District allowance of up to $9750 per annum for individuals with dependents and $6036 without dependents.
- 5 weeks annual leave leaving loading 18 days personal leave;
- Paid Christmas close down;
- Upon completion of 12 months of service anAnnual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2961
