Start Date: 06/30/2025Number Of Weeks: 13 possibly longerDegree: Physical Therapist (PT)Specialty: Physical Therapist Home Health (PT)Desired Shift: DAYS - 8HRS: M - F 8 - 5Unit Description: Specialty: PT Home health EMR: HCHB Experience preferred Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years Schedule: M - F 8 - 5 on call 1 weekend per month
