We are hiring immediately for a Fuel Service Sector Manager - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity heating and cooling they need.
This person is directly responsible for responsible for delivering P&L with $70M in revenue and $16M in profit through a matrixed organization working in collaboration with sales logistics and procurement- a critical role in ensuring we partner in the Energy Transition.

What youll do:
- Provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional stakeholder group that includes sales logistics (fuel ops) and procurement.
- Team with Sector Leaders and Sector Managers to cultivate a strong pipeline of fuel services opportunities.
- Increase the % of fuel eligible jobs on which we are quoting and winning fuel as an additional revenue opportunity.
- For larger deals engage directly with sales reps to develop and close fuel services opportunities - could include support to source project-specific pricing from fuel vendors (w/procurement) collaboration with finance on hedging arrangements etc.
- Refine our fuel services offering to create competitive advantage.
- Identify and drive execution of a broad portfolio of profit improvement opportunities - e.g. reduction of fuel cost execution of sales campaigns to drive volumes development of strategic vendor partnerships.
Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:
- You will have 8 to 12 years of experience in operations and management in the rental or utilities industry.
- Successful track record and experience in leading operational functions driving consistent improvement in key operational metrics.
- Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards leading/managing an Operations Team.
- Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced stressful environment.
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
