North Somerset Councils Family Wellbeing Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Early Years professional to join our dynamic Childrens Centre Team. This is your chance to be part of a service that truly makes an impact.

About the Role
As part of our Family Wellbeing Service youll help us deliver North Somerset Councils Early Help offer for children and young people aged 019 (or up to 25 for those with SEND). Were proud to champion the Family Hub modela welcoming one-stop shop where families can access vital support and community connection.
In this varied and rewarding role youll:
Some experience working with children and young people across the 019 age range or with multi-agency teams would be a bonus.
This position is exempt under the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions) Order 1975 and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Valid driving licence and own transport or be able to provide alternative suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.
