Job Description
Join a busy healthcare team located in the bustling community providing exceptional care to a diverse range of clients offering a supportive environment where staff can thrive and grow professionally.
We are currently seeking a full-time MSK Physiotherapist to work a mix of morning and evening shifts providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. As an MSK Physiotherapist you will work with a varied caseload of clients across different age groups and injuries primarily serving private paying individuals while also catering to NDIS DVA TAC and WC clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Provide a range of physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy exercise prescription and modalities to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies self-management techniques and exercises for continued rehabilitation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals including physicians and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in a musculoskeletal setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
